Clinical Pharmacist PRN Specialist

The Clinical Pharmacist PRN Specialist has the responsibility for providing high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

This is a PRN position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the department.
Required Qualifications:
- PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
