Job Title: Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at HCA South Atlantic Division. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Job Summary

The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing radiological diagnostic procedures, preparing patients for procedures, and operating diagnostic equipment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, and moving equipment into position.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment, process images, and prepare rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by practicing radiation safety.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, schedule patients, and oversee patient transportation.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (preferred).
