Job Title: Radiology Technologist

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team for a 14-week assignment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to work in our Radiology department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient and outpatient work settings, with skills in IV starts, PACS, and contrast.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiologic procedures using imaging equipment such as CT scanners and X-ray machines
  • Prepare patients for exams, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiologic technology
  • ARRT certification and BLS certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that this is a travel assignment, and the pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income. The job requires working nights, 9p-7a, 10x4, 40 hrs per week, with 2 major holidays. Weekends are dependent on the shift posted. The traveler will float to sister campus hospital around 3 miles apart. COVID-19 vaccine is not required, but flu vaccine is required with medical or religious exemptions only.
