Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

ADN Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Augusta, Georgia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art medical facility. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for imaging procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, to produce high-quality images.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and disposing of hazardous materials properly.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
