We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our retail showroom teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About The Role

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the General Manager in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Managing the showroom team to exceed sales targets, uphold standards, and champion company values.
  • Collaborating with Installation Managers to maintain service standards and optimize appointment volumes.
  • Handling escalations and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary of $61,600 annually, with uncapped commission potential, leading to an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $100,000+.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a proven track record in sales-focused, target-driven retail environments. You will have:

  • Proven experience in team management, as an assistant, lead, or department manager.
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving them to reach goals.

Kitchen or relevant industry experience is preferred, but exceptional candidates from related industries are encouraged to apply.
