Job Description

Venture Solar is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Canvassing program in New York.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the entire Canvassing program, responsible for driving sales growth and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for Field Marketing Sales positions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new Sales team members
  • Establish and manage a high-performing team to service the New York area
  • Coordinate daily logistics, including permitting and field locations, to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to drive sales growth and team performance
  • Manage administrative duties, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in canvassing or cold-calling, with a strong track record of success
  • Ability to travel within the service area
  • Excellent interpersonal, training, and management skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Exceptional time management skills

Compensation:

  • $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
  • Full benefits package after 30 days of employment
  • Company 401K with match after 1 year of service
