We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Biologics Specialist to join our Global Compound Logistics and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the receipt, inventory management, and dispensing of R&D large molecule compounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate physical and software records of biologic materials inventory
  • Perform high-output aliquoting of biological materials under controlled, aseptic conditions
  • Utilize proprietary shipping software (ShipIt) to send and track sample shipments
  • Receive and stock laboratory supplies
  • Properly dispose of laboratory waste products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in biologics sample processing or a related field
  • Able to lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task within an environment of shifting deadlines and demands
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques and practices
  • Biologic material experience is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
Working Conditions:

Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)

Accustomed to spending extended periods of time working in a bio-hood
