We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for Large-Scale Projects to join our team.

About the Role

This position involves coordinating large payments and contract procurement activities for the Bureau of Wastewater Treatment.

As the Procurement Manager, you will oversee contract procurement activities, including subcontract approvals and timely report submissions.

You will also be responsible for submitting yearly performance evaluations and assisting with hiring actions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for contract compliance
  • Provide administrative support to the Section Chief of Contracting and Administration
  • Collaborate with project managers to select appropriate procurement methods and strategies

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a baccalaureate degree and four years of full-time experience in program evaluation, contract negotiations/management, business or public administration, or related fields.

A minimum of eighteen months of administrative, managerial, or executive experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
