Your goal will be to set sales appointments to positively impact sales volume and customer satisfaction standards while conducting business ethically and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Internet Sales Leads— with a focus on scheduling Sales Appointment for our Sales Department
  • Utilizing Sales Phone Scripts for Outbound/Inbounds Calls
  • Utilizing Objection Techniques
  • Following all Internet Lead Handling processes and procedures
  • ACHIEVING Daily Outbound Call Goals ( 75 calls minimum, a day)
  • KPI Performance Appointment Goals
  • Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership
  • Assists in other areas when needed
