8. Comply with internal protocols and support adherence to legal requirements relevant to the local area.
9. Identify and recommend opportunities for performance enhancement in alignment with production area and company objectives.
10. Maintain compliance with site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols and Syngenta's HSE policies and employee code of conduct.
11. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality, promptly reporting any malfunctions or repair needs.
