We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Activities Leaders for our Summer Camp Program. In this role, you will guide campers through a variety of engaging activities that foster friendship and adventure.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time, non-exempt

COMPENSATION: $15.00/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Activity Coordinator:

  • Facilitate hands-on activities and explorations that spark curiosity.
  • Design and implement creative games, challenges, and scavenger hunts to keep campers engaged.

Community Builder:

  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where all campers feel valued.
  • Promote teamwork and cooperation through fun interactions.

Event Organizer:

  • Plan and execute exciting camp-wide events such as talent showcases, themed celebrations, and costume contests.
  • Utilize your artistic skills in DIY projects and creative workshops.

Safety Guardian:

  • Monitor campers closely to ensure their safety during all activities.
  • Be ready to address any minor injuries or issues with care and attention.

Enthusiastic Leader:

  • Inspire campers with your positive attitude and energetic approach.

In addition, you will:

  • Engage with parents and guardians through our communication platform.
  • Adhere to organizational guidelines and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

While experience with children under 13 is preferred, we value enthusiasm and potential above all.

Be prepared to undergo a background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks.

Health clearance from a medical professional is required to ensure fitness for the role.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to connect with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.

You should be physically capable of performing tasks that may include lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
