Position Summary
As a Sales Specialist at Generator Supercenter of Tomball, you will be a vital part of our sales department, focusing on creating new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new sales leads through various outreach methods, including follow-ups on outbound lists
- Assess customer requirements and pinpoint sales prospects
- Present product details and showcase features to potential clients
- Maintain and update the customer prospect database
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings
- Deliver exemplary customer service while managing a high volume of inquiries
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts from either 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, including occasional Saturdays
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage complemented by a commission structure
