Key Responsibilities:

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Optum, you will perform routine and specialized nuclear medicine procedures and examinations for radiological diagnosis. Your duties will include administering radio-pharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures, operating computed tomography (CT) scanners in conjunction with nuclear medicine procedures, and providing images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification and an Associate degree or Baccalaureate degree in radiography, radiology, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine. You will also need to be able to work with state-of-the-art technology and collaborate with brilliant co-workers who share your passion for helping people feel their best.
