Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Diversion Intake Specialist to support our team in Brooklyn, NY. This role is responsible for coordinating daily intake and outreach operations for pre-court and post-court-based diversion programs at BJI. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the criminal justice system, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, attorneys, and community partners. A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required, along with relevant experience in a human service or criminal court setting.

Duties
This position entails coordinating daily intake operations, facilitating outreach efforts, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Diversion Intake Specialist will also be responsible for preparing participant reports, collaborating with community partners, and contributing to educational initiatives aimed at promoting compliance and court monitoring.
