About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Support Associate to join our team at Bond Health. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

The Healthcare Support Associate will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse and provide direct care to residents in a well-staffed nursing and rehabilitation center in Brooklyn. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their dignity and autonomy
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in restorative care programs to promote resident independence
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and other activities of daily living
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
