This role is primarily focused on delivering outstanding service to loan and investor clients. Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the timely and precise execution of all job functions in compliance with investor guidelines and legal standards, data entry, exceptional customer service, and various related loan servicing tasks.

- Input and/or verify new loan data in the loan servicing system.
- Calculate servicing and pricing distributions for investors, seller banks, and correspondents.
- Draft tax contracts for non-escrow loans.
- Establish initial escrow allocations for loan accounting.
- Compute loan payoffs and verify mortgages upon request.
- Scan and categorize new loan data.
- Process billing statements according to the established schedule.
- Respond to customer service inquiries and emails promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to standard procedures for managing overdue accounts.
- Prepare and dispatch monthly line of credit activity statements.
- Support the leasing department with customer service, including handling customer and vendor calls, invoicing, and assisting the sales team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
Required - High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent training and work experience.
Preferred - Associate's Degree in a business-related field.
Experience
Preferred - 2 years of experience in loan servicing and customer service.
Preferred - Experience in the secondary market and familiarity with loan tracking systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Access).
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization; emphasis on effective telephone communication.

- Capacity to learn and comprehend basic investor guidelines and legal requirements.

Physical Demands & Requirements
This role involves sedentary work, requiring exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work entails sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally, provided all other sedentary criteria are met.
Ability to maintain a seated or standing position consistently.
Hearing ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Capacity to receive detailed information through oral communication and to discern sounds.
Close visual acuity is required for activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
Environmental Conditions

The physical environment requires the employee to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions. Frequent use of personal protective equipment may be necessary.
