Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to provide personalized care and support.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
- One-year relevant experience, preferred.
