About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Wilora Lake Healthcare Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, as well as applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work performed in accordance with facility standards.
Requirements
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
  • Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
