Role Overview

This Administrative Support Specialist role plays a critical part in the success of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, handle internal applications, and maintain accurate personnel records.


Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team.
  • Handling internal application processes and job changes.
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Converting paper records to electronic formats.
  • Supporting various HR functions, including Open Enrollment activities.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma/GED.
  • Experience working in an office setting, preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $17.60 per hour, with a rate increase to $18.00 per hour after six months. Our benefits package includes paid time off, holidays, leave, and employer-sponsored insurance plans.
