Job Type: Part-time Hourly Position with a pay range of $7.00-$13.00 DOE, plus benefits.

Role Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef or Supervisor during shifts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with colleagues and patrons.
  • Adhere to all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service with enthusiasm and precision.
  • Welcome guests at the bar and ensure a friendly atmosphere.
  • Verify guest identification to comply with age restrictions for alcohol service.
  • Prepare beverages for patrons and fulfill drink orders for the serving staff.
  • Alert management if a guest appears to be overindulging.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours or more.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, reaching, and carrying items weighing 20+ pounds regularly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent training/experience is required.
