Job Summary

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse II in the Trauma and Burn Unit at MUSC, you will provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver age/developmentally appropriate care, adhering to nursing standards of care and practice. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will also lead and direct other assigned team members, promoting a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
