Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to enhance standardization, quality, and productivity of the Academics Department
* Collaborate with the Chief Ground Instructor and Chief Flight Instructor to develop and revise course content and curriculum
* Ensure all classes are staffed with qualified instructors meeting regulatory standards
* Lead the development and maintenance of curriculum and testing standards
* Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Current CFI/CFII/MEI or AGI/IGI Certificate preferred
* Practical leadership experience
* Operational knowledge of flight school operations is advantageous
* Proficiency in MS Office and Windows
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, with some exposure to flight simulators and equipment
* Must be detail-oriented, innovative, and able to work independently
