Job Title: Cycle Counter

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team at Martin Brower. As a Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for performing cycle counts, compiling and maintaining records of inventory, and supporting the product recall process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cycle counts of the warehouse on a regular basis and conduct full warehouse inventory as needed
  • Research root causes for count discrepancies and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Support the product loss and damage program by investigating causes of damage and loss
  • Participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged and distressed product
  • Perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items to ensure proper rotation
  • Research causes of weight variances, receiving/put away/let down issues, and damaged product
  • Verify the put-away and transfer process performed by day and night personnel
  • Initiate and document product transfer from the cooler to the freezer
  • Maintain housekeeping and sanitation expectations
  • Meet and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Coordinate will call orders as needed

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of general administrative experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to eliminate distractions and concentrate during the counting process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to be productive working independently or as part of a team
