Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at All Together Recovery LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical team, providing day-to-day leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of professionals and support staff.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with the medical manager to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and review clinical notes and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide direct client care through assessments, individual sessions, and group therapy sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science field.
  • Valid professional license (LPCC-S, LCSW-S, LMFT-S, LCADC-S).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a SUD residential setting.
  • At least 5 years of direct management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a recovery-focused organization.
  • Knowledge of ASAM SUD/BHSO care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
