Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of professionals and support staff.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with the medical manager to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and review clinical notes and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide direct client care through assessments, individual sessions, and group therapy sessions.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science field.
- Valid professional license (LPCC-S, LCSW-S, LMFT-S, LCADC-S).
- At least 5 years of experience in a SUD residential setting.
- At least 5 years of direct management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a recovery-focused organization.
- Knowledge of ASAM SUD/BHSO care.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
