Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Lead to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our Retail Branch organization, you will play a critical role in coaching and mentoring Tellers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor Tellers to improve customer service skills and identify opportunities for referrals
  • Supervise conversations to enable referral opportunities for PNC products
  • Lead by example to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate
  • Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes
