Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Training Specialist to support our organization's mission in developing and delivering behavioral health education and regulatory training to staff and community partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field, with 5-7 years of experience in behavioral health and community-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement professional development opportunities for staff and community partners to enhance knowledge, skills, and competency.
  • Design curriculum that adheres to quality and regulatory standards, meeting State, Federal, grant, and funding source mandates.
  • Facilitate live, online, and hybrid courses and training sessions for staff, community stakeholders, and non-profits.
  • Collaborate with the organization's Director to support various institutes in developing and delivering behavioral health education and regulatory training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in behavioral health and community-based settings.
  • Master's Degree, PhD, or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of licensure or clinical experience preferred (LMHC, LCSW).
