Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Mansfield, OH. As an SLP with Soliant, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse populations and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide therapy to address speech, language, and communication disorders, fostering effective communication and self-expression.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, tracking milestones and celebrating successes.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults with varying levels of need.
