Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive therapeutic services to children with developmental delays and disabilities.

About the Role

This is an outpatient opportunity for a full-time or part-time candidate, located close to home at our Center Ontario location in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and families, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with varied diagnoses to determine developmental status using standardized measures and clinical observations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating patient and family needs, and administer therapeutic treatment to promote optimal development, function, and independence.
  • Provide education to patients/parents/caregivers on treatment goals and therapy plans, and document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with hospital requirements.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $ $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
