Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Modern Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our private and corporate aviation clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive, personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Arrange services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate aircraft services, such as fuel and hangar storage.
  • Input trip data into scheduling software and update customer information in the database as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with clients via air-to-ground radio, ground-to-ground radio, and other forms of communication.
  • Educate clients on available services, promotions, and programs.
  • Process customer invoices and answer questions, resolving issues as necessary.
  • Assist passengers and flight crews with our professional Seven Star Service.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to make fast decisions using judgment consistent with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Negotiation and sales skills.
  • Reliable multitasking skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of various aircraft types and servicing.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat and cold, and occasional loud noise levels.
