Our Retail Strategy team serves as the backbone that empowers our retail studios to enhance sales and expand our business. We are in search of an associate to support the execution and oversight of our sales and retail operations. This role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Retail Strategy on initiatives that ensure our sales team and stores operate at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong operational mindset and a passion for data, eager to innovate and contribute visionary ideas to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our CRM database, Hubspot, managing all daily operations.
  • Oversee the CRM system utilized by the Sales Team, addressing support inquiries and working to enhance data integrity.
  • Evaluate and refine our inbound lead distribution to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the retail strategy team and store leaders to evaluate objectives, performance metrics, compensation structures, and new growth opportunities.
  • Update and manage our training and resource hub, ensuring studio teams have access to the latest tools and knowledge for effective selling.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Experience and product teams to identify new initiatives and streamline internal processes for enhanced efficiency within the sales organization.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with the sales team regarding retail discount strategies, company updates, and process changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail and/or operations at the corporate level.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and quantitative analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and keeping key stakeholders informed on progress.
  • A genuine interest in retail and collaboration with store teams.
  • Experience with Hubspot, our CRM tool, is preferred.
Additional Information:
  • The targeted compensation range for this position is $50-$65,000 annually.
