Position: Fresh Produce Associate

What We Seek:

We are searching for a motivated and positive individual who possesses a strong willingness to learn and adapt. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine passion for assisting customers in achieving their health goals through outstanding service.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Uphold quality standards and product variety in the produce section, ensuring all fruits, vegetables, salads, and ready-to-eat items are well-stocked.
  • Conduct quality checks to guarantee the freshness of all produce items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the produce area in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversee the profitability of the department by minimizing waste and optimizing purchasing strategies.
  • Create an inviting and well-organized shopping experience in the produce section.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Complete daily tasks that may involve prolonged standing, as well as lifting and bending.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Assist with various tasks throughout the store as needed.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Available for both part-time and full-time positions, with morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, and flexible hours on Saturdays.
  • Compensation ranges from $12 to $14 per hour, depending on experience.
