Job Overview:
This role involves supporting general cleaning and sanitation efforts within the facility. The individual will engage in routine sanitation activities and maintain cleanliness in areas outside of production zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform yard maintenance and various outdoor tasks, including work in elevated areas.
  • Implement pest and weed control measures, ensuring proper treatment and maintenance.
  • Conduct repairs on sanitation tools and equipment, including hoses, foamer units, and other cleaning instruments.
  • Handle and utilize concentrated hazardous materials safely and effectively.
  • Employ a variety of hand and power tools in daily tasks.
  • Operate forklifts and various types of tractors as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sanitation activities.
  • Complete training as a Confined Space Entrant and Attendant.
  • Be available for work during scheduled downtimes and weekends.
  • Possess authorization for company vehicle use.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to navigate stairs and ladders safely.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment safely.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
