Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and execution of training programs for the Litigation and Regulatory divisions
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to refresh and enhance course materials
  • Devise strategies for the seamless integration of lateral attorneys
  • Coordinate extensive in-person training sessions
  • Manage Professional Development assistants

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred J.D. degree
  • Prior experience as an attorney in a large law firm setting
  • Background in litigation or regulatory practices is preferred

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Experience in designing adult education programs
  • Able to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of seniority

Location & Compensation:

This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement. The salary range is between $105,400 and $178,250 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The role may also include a discretionary year-end merit bonus.
