Job Overview

The Infrastructure Systems Administrator is responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, configuration, installation, maintenance, and operation of server and storage infrastructures. This role involves applying necessary patches and upgrades while providing support for both physical and virtual hardware, including AWS cloud and storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, implement, and support Microsoft Windows technologies such as Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy Objects (GPO), Domain Name System (DNS), domain trusts, and Certificate Services.
  • Provide support for Amazon Web Services environments and utilize maintenance tools for server management.
  • Develop scripting templates and document server builds, employee provisioning, and agent installations.

Technical Environment:
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell scripting, Certificate Services, IIS, Amazon Web Services, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, VMware vSphere Infrastructure, Citrix XenApp, NetScaler, Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux, Ansible, Office 365, Dell Compellent Storage, Dell Data Domain, Avamar, and Identity and Access Management solutions (such as Okta, AD, Siteminder).
