Dishwasher Needed

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cleanliness and Organization:
  • Ensure all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations, are clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient dishwashing area, including the dish machine, utensils, and storage.
  • Participate in daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
Efficiency and Teamwork:
  • Work efficiently to ensure dishes are washed and sanitized in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and organized workflow, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks and address any issues that may arise.
Dish Pit Operations:
  • Take charge of the dish area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and operating smoothly.
  • Set up and break down the dish machine, maintaining full levels of chemicals and organizing clean dishes on racks.
  • Monitor and maintain the dishwashing area, ensuring it remains clean and organized throughout the shift.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
  • Be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food & beverage and/or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Weekend availability is a must, as it's when we bring the most sizzle to the table.
