Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by performing duties as a cashier, providing logistics support, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform merchandise-related activities to ensure merchandise presentation guidelines are met, including implementing plan-o-gram changes and updates, merchandise set and price changes, and setting weekly ads.
  • Proactively engage customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction, utilizing Office Depot's proven sales principles and basic training of Technology products/services and print offerings.
  • Develop personal selling skills and specialized product knowledge through sales and service tools provided, and drive Technology, Tech Services, Furniture, and Print sales by supporting all related current programs, new product launches, and special initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support company loss prevention efforts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business dictates.
