Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle department, you will be responsible for processing government and commercial claims, as well as maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage claims for government and commercial payers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Track information for physician orders and signatures
  • Notify administration of missing documents or issues
  • Maintain logs and rosters
  • Work in a high-volume, metrics-based environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in home health or hospice billing
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with DDE, E-solutions, Waystar, and/or Nthrive a plus
