Effective management of the contract lifecycle is essential in this leadership role. The national accounts operations team will utilize data analytics to oversee pricing structures linked to customer purchasing behaviors, alongside managing fees and rebates. GPO contracts play a crucial role in pricing our products across various market segments, significantly influencing the company's financial performance. Additionally, this team will collaborate with the finance department to evaluate contracting alternatives for both new and renewed agreements. We seek a dynamic leader to fill this role, which may be tailored to the Director, Senior Director, or Assistant Vice President level based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Secure new GPO contracts and renew existing agreements
  2. Achieve or surpass annual revenue objectives
  3. Develop and implement the growth strategy for GPOs and OPR chains
  4. Formulate a sales engagement strategy to enhance contract compliance
  5. Provide strategic leadership to elevate the national accounts framework
  6. Identify and prioritize key focus areas, leveraging sales and marketing to stimulate growth
  7. Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers and influencers
  8. Plan and execute trade shows and promotional events
  9. Design and implement launch strategies for new product offerings
  10. Oversee GPO compliance processes to ensure targeted growth
  11. Develop annual revenue forecasts and update them monthly
  12. Address pricing violations and unauthorized activities within the customer base
  13. Create and implement customer promotions and programs to boost demand
  14. Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  2. Over 10 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on national accounts
  3. Strong business acumen and proven leadership in managing national accounts teams
  4. Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets
  5. Extensive experience in GPO management
  6. In-depth knowledge of GPO operations
