  • We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our growing team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including safety initiatives, project planning, schedule management, procurement oversight, team coordination, problem resolution, quality assurance, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Manage procurement of tools and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve methods.
