Job Summary:

JMJ Phillip Group is seeking an experienced Director of Automation to lead our manufacturing operations in the Winchester, Virginia area.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement automation strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Leverage expertise to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address gaps in current automation technology.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new automation technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead teams in developing and implementing automation technologies.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrate expertise in up-and-coming manufacturing automation technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure JMJ Phillip Group remains competitive.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience:
  • At least 15 years of experience in automation operations within manufacturing settings.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple sites from a corporate position.

What We Offer:
