Site Superintendent Position Overview

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Site Superintendent to join its growing team. This role involves overseeing the construction process of large-scale projects in various sectors, ensuring timely completion within budget and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed construction plans, taking into account project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Schedule Coordination: Collaborate with teams to manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Procurement Oversight: Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, guaranteeing timely delivery that meets quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Direct and coordinate supervisory personnel and subcontractors to execute construction phases according to the project schedule.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a commercial general contractor's site superintendent, overseeing projects valued at over $30 million.
