Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at a school district in CT.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized behavioral therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior data
Requirements
  • Active RBT certification under the BACB Board
  • Minimum 1+ years experience working as a Behavior Technician or equivalent
  • Ability to work regular school hours, Monday - Friday
