We are seeking a skilled BCBA to join our dynamic team. This full-time salaried position comes with a competitive salary range of $73,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and training.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a wonderful group of colleagues who share your passion for evidence-based practice. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting FBAs, overseeing treatment planning, and developing ABA programs. You will also have the opportunity to organize and analyze data, review treatment plans, and provide staff training.

Requirements:

  • Master degree or higher in education or a related field
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • LBA in Connecticut
  • Minimum 2 years experience in supervision (in-home/telehealth experience preferred)
  • 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD
