Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at our center in Central Austin. As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement behavioral plans and strategies to promote positive behavior change
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and coordination of care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Valid RBT credential
- Minimum 1 year of RBT experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Tuition assistance through Capella University
- Supervision and mentorship for those pursuing their BCBA certification
