Job Title: Behavior Technician

Join our team at Hope Autism Clinics, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Job Summary:

The Behavior Technician will work directly with children with ASD, teaching them using the principles of ABA. This role requires effective communication with families/guardians about their child's progress and collaboration with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with children with ASD to teach them using the principles of ABA.

  • Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Successful background clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
