About This Opportunity

This Nurse Practitioner NICU Nights role is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading medical and research center, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in the NICU.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on completed assessments.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and make decisions about patient management.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Nursing required.
  • 2 years of experience as an NP in the NICU or a related field.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including PPO medical plan, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Retirement Programs through the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS).
