Key Responsibilities

  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and make decisions about patient management.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Nursing required.
  • 2 years of experience as an APRN in the NICU or a related field.
  • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including PPO medical plan, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Retirement Programs through the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS).
