About the Position

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Leader to join our team at Parkland Health and Hospital System. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of advanced practice providers, while delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for advanced practice provider services.
  • Lead and develop a team of advanced practice providers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • 2 plus years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Active certification as a Nurse Practitioner by one of the following: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program (AANPCP)
