  • Provide training to employees on eVA and procurement card procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or related field
  • Experience with inventory and asset management
  • Experience in using a procurement card and understanding related regulations
  • Accuracy in data entry and maintenance of records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, procurement, and inventory management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience involving familiarity with Virginia State procurement regulations, eVA, PeopleSoft, and/or comparable systems
