Billing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team at Guy M Turner. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, obtaining purchase orders, creating and distributing invoices, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in managing inventory of the warehouse, as well as all incoming and outgoing inventory
  2. Responsible for obtaining purchase orders for all incoming and outgoing inventory
  3. Responsible for creating and distributing all invoices through mail, email, or customer portal entry
  4. Communicate with customers with questions about invoices
  5. Responsible for any necessary collections of invoices
  6. Working knowledge of Quick Books
  7. Extensive knowledge/experience with Excel

Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of the storage process - from load dispatch to or from the warehouse through collection of customer invoice
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Individual must have working knowledge of Quick Books and extensive knowledge/experience with Excel

Preferred Skills:
  • TMW Systems
  • Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • OnBase Unity Client
